Inspired by Japanese dry gardens, this sprawling 10,000-square-foot office building is a place of tranquility and stillness in the midst of chaos that is Broadway and Canal Street in New York City.

This space includes a meditative lantern garden, various workstation options, conference rooms, casual seating areas, and a cafe at the mezzanine level.

The simple and muted palette features hinoki, the Japanese cypress known for its durability, elegance, and versatility in interior design. A variety of gray concrete flooring is seen throughout, paired with black accents and canvas upholstered furniture. Delicate pendant lights and lanterns complement the natural texture of the chosen materials. The calming green color scheme includes shades of forest, sage, and almond.
