In the Nordic Wild

A two-story live/work space inspired by the works of contemporary abstract painter, Indira Sundberg at Wida Stories (widastories.com). All paintings featured here are created by Indira.

Deeply rooted in the atmospheric and vast nature scenes of northern Scandinavia, this space features an open floor plan that includes a painting studio, kitchen, sleeping area, and lounge area.

This monochromatic, yet warm palette is a celebration of endless nature. Expertly showcasing natural textures such as marble veining and wood grain. Plaster wall finish is seen throughout to give a sense of depth while cocooning the entire space in a cloud-like atmosphere.
